SAP certifications are valid for one year and are kept current with a short annual assessment that needs an SAP Learning Hub subscription; the assessment can be taken from 90 days before expiry.
An exam can be attempted up to four times in 12 months with 24 hours between attempts; after four unsuccessful attempts you must wait a year.
SAP policy
